- We do not charge any additional card fees.
Delivery
- Due to the customized nature of our products, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 months from the date of order confirmation.
- If there are delays, we will notify you promptly and provide updated delivery estimates.
Refund and Return Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds and returns are not possible unless the goods are damaged or exhibit quality issues. Please review the details of our policy below:
- Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
- Customized merchandise is crafted based on your unique specifications, including logos, designs, and other personalizations. As such, these items are not eligible for refunds or returns once production has begun.
- Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, we will gladly address the issue. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a resolution process.
- We may require photographic evidence or the return of the defective items to process your claim.
- Resolution Process for Damaged or Defective Items
- Upon verification of the issue, Brandex will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the damaged or defective product at no additional cost.
- Refund of the purchase price, if a replacement is not feasible.
